Makeup Resurrection: Top 5 Palettes I Need to Use More

I own enough eyeshadow to last until the end of my days. Some products catch my attention and manage to stay at the top of my makeup drawer. Other palettes I only use a few times and they end up ghosted or forgotten. These palettes have been relegated to my makeup graveyard. I want to resurrect these palettes, get them back into my regular makeup rotation and rekindle the feeling of excitement I had when I first purchased them. Natasha Denona: Love Cheek Duo Review

Love is in the air! The new sparkly, pink cheek palette from Natasha Denona is here. The limited edition Love Cheek Duo is inspired by the Love Story collection Natasha Denona released in 2020. I was literally in love with this palette from the moment I saw it. I knew I had to have it, but it’s difficult to judge face products online without seeing them in person to colour match. I took a gamble on this one, let’s find out if I’m lucky in love with this duo.

Queue the excitement! Pat McGrath has announced a new collection. There’s a whole boat load of new ultra rosy products landing just in time for Valentine’s Day. I’m a sucker for pink eyeshadow, so I want everything in this collection. With that said, the Pat McGrath name comes with an exorbitant price-tag, so I’m going to to try my best to resist temptation. I really wanted to try Viseart eyeshadow in 2020. Luckily, Viseart Petite Pro Midsommer palette was under the Christmas tree for me! This little slice of warm midsommer from Viseart is one of the tiniest eyeshadow palette I own – they don’t call it Petite Pro for nothing. Introducing the Too Faced Cinnamon Bear Limited Edition Eye, Cheek and Lip Makeup Collection. This collection has everything! Too Faced: Gingerbread Extra Spicy Palette Review

This is sort of a retro review. The beauty industry pumps out new products so fast after a few months some palettes can feel like old news. Too Faced’s Gingerbread Extra Spicy was released for holiday 2019 as a sequel to the massively successful Gingerbread Spice. I wasn’t going to post about this product because I received it for Christmas and it seemed like Extra Spicy’s time in the spotlight had passed. Too Faced: Sparkling Pineapple Palette Review

And so it grows! The story of my ever expanding Too Faced collection. Recently, I bought the Sparkling Pineapple eyeshadow palette from the Tutti Frutti collection. I’ve wanted to try the Tutti Frutti collection since it was released, but it’s not available at Sephora so accessing the line in Canada isn’t easy. I thank my lucky pineapples that this collection ended up at Marshall’s. Plus, the palette was on sale for $19.00 so I couldn’t lose. Let’s see how Sparkling Pineapple performs!
